Clinton Lied To A Grand Jury!!
WASHINGTON (AP) - "President Bush said Monday that if anyone in his administration committed a crime in connection with the public leak of the identity of an undercover CIA operative, that person will "no longer work in my administration." At the same time, Bush again sidestepped a question on the role of his top political adviser, Karl Rove, in the matter."
Im tired of liberals comparing this case to the ivestigation of former President Bill Clinton. Clinton lied to a grand jury! Liberals are attempting to make a case of conservatives using a double standard by supporting Rove. Its absolute insane to make that case. We have to wait until this investigation is over until we can judge Karl Rove. Rove hasn’t committed a crime, yet the democratic party has launched an all out assault on the White house. Liberalism has evolved into a form of hypocrisy, and its becoming more and more obvious by the day.

Yeah,I'm a Yankee fan.....sorry to disappoint you,but after all,of the Yankees and Mets,the DEMS go to the Mets and REPUBLICANS tilt towards the YANKEES! Hey,great post......you are so right on about this stuff. These people want Rove's head,for no good reason........but would not concede for a second that Slick Willie did ANYthing wrong.....
And what was Willie CONVICTED OF?
Now let me tell you what irks ME. Whenever the Conservatives are caught in a lie, what do they do? Why they bring up Clinton's blow job to divert attention! Get over it.
Politics is a dirty business to be sure. But let's not give the "I'm holier than thou" speech when your comparing parties here. Gore Vidal had it right > commit this to memory: "Politicians aren't expected to be honest. Just to keep the dishonesty within bounds. Maintain a sense of realism."
Heres a tidbit of History. In early Colonial law and the law that our founding fathers inteanded this country to be based on would have Clinton in a heap of trouble during the affair. The law is "a higher standard". For example if a poor man steals it is still a crime however a less servere crime, he is probably just trying to feed his family. okay. If a rich man steals the crime is a higher offense because he dosent need to. okay. Bill Clinton was the PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES, how much of a higher standard do you have to have. If a normal Joe somebody gets oral sex, and lies to his construction job and wife about it, yeah its wrong. If the President of the united states gets oral sex with a 21 year old and lies to his wife and family, Congress and the American public, well my friend thats a higher standard thank you.
