WASHINGTON – President Bush asserted Sunday night the United States is winning the war in Iraq but acknowledged setbacks and the doubts of some “that the war is lost and not worth another dime or another day.” He pleaded with Americans to ignore “defeatists who refuse to see that anything is right.”

We Cant Win?

No, You Just Don’t Want Us To Win!!

The Democratic Party has completely spun out of control. This notion that the United States of America cant win is absurd. I don’t even think the democrats believe this. They don’t *want* us to win in Iraq, that’s what this is about. They cant stand the fact that a republican President is bringing liberty and freedom to that country. Its absolutely sickening! They don’t want us to win, they want us to lose. They want us to lose so they can they look back and they told us so. They cant stand to see this President have any success whatsoever. So what do they do? They attack our military, they call them terrorists. They question the effectiveness of our military which has never lost a major conflict, all in a effort to undermine this war and this country. What a shame.

       This overly pessimistic view on this war effort is nothing new from the Democratic Party. Here we have a United States Senator calling our U.S soldiers in Iraq terrorists! The Democratic Party has gone way over their heads. These are the same people who continue to claim to support the troops. The truth is that the American left wants us to fail in Iraq. They’ve been pessimistic about this effort since the beginning. They don’t care about the safety and protection of the Iraqi people. Why else would they want us to cut and run? They don’t care about the elections that took place in Iraq not to long ago. All they want is to gain control of this country and if that means labeling our honorable Armed Forces as nothing but a bunch of terrorists, than so be it. This is how they operate; this is pure 100% liberalism for ya. Believe it or not, a lot of Americans agree with the Senator, Kerry is just echoing the words that the liberal left has been saying all along. They use whatever they can to attack our troops and this effort. They used Congressmen Murtha. I haven’t heard one general back Representative Murtha’s words. Not one. Requesting an immediate withdrawal of our troops from Iraq is borderline insanity. Yet, the American left continues to push for it. These are the same who people claimed that we’d be ruining Iraq, that we’d be exposing the country to major terrorist activity if we had a presence there, yet those same people we’re so quick to protect the words of Murtha. They were so quick to nod their heads at the lunacy that spewed from his mouth. They were so quick to agree that we should hand that country over to the terrorists. Witnessing Democratic politicians appeal to their liberal base is absolutely mind boggling.

Libs Play Same Game Over And Over Again

     The left leaning media is in a frenzy. They’re in a frenzy over the Presidents poll numbers, over the recent Murtha incident and over this Cunningham story. They posses this belief, that the American people will ignore their failure to acknowledge the importance of this war effort. These people still can’t decide if they are for or against this mission! They yell at the tops of their lungs when a marine calls a coward a “coward”, but they are too afraid to vote for a legislation that would legislate everything they’ve been saying since we invaded in Iraq. Its complete madness! The media is out for the GOP, they’ve always been. The lib media will have you believe that these are the last days of the GOP, the lib media will have you believe that the members of the Republican Party are on the dark side. They are playing the same game they’ve been playing for years. It will not result in a victory. They are not taking into account the millions of people who will truly appreciate a conservative on the Supreme Court, they are not taking into account the millions of people who will support strengthening the limits on our borders. These people wont stay home on election night, these people are the backbone of our country and they will not allow liberal lunacy spread throughout our federal government.
