"Put The Niggers In The Superdome!"
White Lib Speaks For "Niggers" In Disaster Zone!
I linked to this headline yesterday in an effort to show my readers how the left is playing the race card during this disaster. The headline above mimics the headline of a blogger on the left wing blog Daily Kos. As I watched Fox New’s coverage of Katrina, It became hard not to realize that most of those in the disaster zone were black. Knowing liberals as well as I do, I knew that this would come up and that libs will try to use this to benefit them politically.
This nut on this blog is suggesting that the reason the "niggers" were put into the "unsafe Superdome" because no one "cares" about poor niggers.
Unless you are black, you could not possibly understand the level of frustration and anger that overwhelmed me while reading that headline. Many have called for the taking down of the headline, of course the blogger has turned down these requests in efforts to not appear weak. But this isn’t just about some wacky lib’s headline, this is about white liberals who seem to know everything about black people. They seem to always know when blacks are being oppressed, they seem to always know when its "ok" to use the N-word. You see, these libs believe they are doing this in the defense of the "poor niggers", they believe black people cannot possibly speak out against this alone, so we need the help of white liberals. We cannot possibly point out our oppressors on our own like we did in 60's, so we need help. That’s how these libs think. In their minds we are still living in the 60s, in their minds Bush is the reason this hurricane devastated a 67% black city.
Is anyone on the left going to denounce this blogger? Will the Daily Kos still remain on liberal blogrolls? Will this even make it into the news? This relief effort has nothing to do with race. This is the difference between the left and the right. The left see’s a bunch of helpless niggers who don’t even know they are being oppressed, while the right see’s Americans in need.

*sigh*
Clearly, conservatives are no more immune to using their blackocity as a weapon than liberals are.
Morrison... you really just don't get it, do you? Trying to slam everyone who is considered a liberal in your book over a few comments or even a headline by someone who is considered by many on Kos as a troll is basically just BS... you seem like a smart kid but come on...
I have yet to see you point to those on the right who are making this (Katrina) a political issue (which there are plenty)... but if you did that, it would bust your theory that there is some massive liberal conspiracy behind these events that cherry pick to display...
But don't worry, since I am sure that your usual group of "you're mega right" folks will jump in and ignore the hate and trash you present here (as they do almost daily) since they are so-called soldiers for the cause... as I said, it is easier to point fingers at the other side and ignore the facts than it is to own up to the reality that neither side is innocent...
Another couple of points... as far as condemning that "diary" on Kos... yes, I condemn it since I think it was reactionary and totally useless to any true point...
Will the news pick it up? Why should they? Rarely do they report on blogs except in a more general sense...
Will Daily Kos still be on the liberal blogrolls? Most likely just as some of the ugly blogs are still on the conservative rolls... you wanted answers... I gave you answers...
wow. the left has stooped to an all time low... Good post Morrison.
thank you...
Wow Altshiftdelete....you hit the nail on the head....and with Republican_Youth commenting after you said,
"I am sure that your usual group of "you're mega right" folks will jump in and ignore the hate and trash you present here (as they do almost daily) since they are so-called soldiers for the cause..."
that just proves to be freaky timing.
I totally disagree with the blogger on the Daily Kos though since he does kind of come off as a liberal version of Mikey. He makes such wacked out speculations, such as this is a crime against "poor niggers." There is no crime against anyone, everyone in New Orleans is suffering. It will take years for the area to look like it was before the hurricane hit.
Flip Floss (the bloggers name) stated in his first blog with the controversial title,
"I reacted last night with amazement that the geniuses who run our government locally and nationally who decided to put the people in the Super Dome who didn't have the right (MONEY) to leave New Orleans.I reacted last night with amazement that the geniuses who run our government locally and nationally who decided to put the people in the Super Dome who didn't have the right (MONEY) to leave New Orleans."
However, a National Guard Captain gives a more plausible answer for people traveling in the Superdome.
"By Thursday evening, 11 hours after the military began evacuating the Superdome, the arena held 10,000 more people than it did at dawn. National Guard Capt. John Pollard said evacuees from around the city poured into the Superdome and swelled the crowd to about 30,000 because they believed the arena was the best place to get a ride out of town."
Flip Floss jumped the gun and claimed a conspiracy against the blacks by placing them in the Superdome, however many viewed it an easy place to get evacuated from the town, hence the dramatic increase of people flocking to the Superdome. If you were left homeless with no place to go in a place filled with water and chaos wouldn't you travel to a refuge such as the Superdome for a safe passaged out? Add this to the anarchic chaos going on, with fights, murders, rapes going on and you have a hell of a quagmire on your hands.
I view the blogger blaming Bush as just another attempt to politicize the issue of the hurricane, to me Flip Floss is a joke and shouldn't be taken seriously. As Altshiftdelete stated, maybe already view him as a troll and perhaps thats what he is, a person just trying to get a rouse out of people reading the blog.
Bah I have a lot of typos in my comment but whatever....Im not a perfect typer.
Those of us who agree with the Chris Rock viewpoint of the difference between "black people" and "niggers" will find it a great disservice that this person has referred to all the black people displaced, many of whom fled to the Superdome, as niggers. Were there an accurate way to gague, I would be willing to lay money that most of the black people being referenced would not fall under such a negative discriptive noun, and are likely hardworking individuals when not stuck in such a situation.
being a racist has nothing to do with political status. Do you think that George Bush is not a racist? You must be out of your damn mind to think that he isnt. And I dont even agree with that blog because Bush cant control the weather (even though some of you republicans think he is god) and it is not his fault that parts of the south were destroyed in Katrina.
Do you think that George Bush is not a racist? You must be out of your damn mind to think that he isnt.
LOL
damn i was just browsing through your xanga and i read that entry.. very powerfull and there is alot of truth in it, in other words, thats some deep shit. anyways, just wanted to say nice job and keep us informed
Eftikhar
wow i didnt notice how young you are...
GOD, PEOPLE, IT'S A HURRICANE. THEY HAPPEN. It has no bearing on anything except the lives of the inhabitants of the states of the Gulf Region.
Politicizing everything is WRONG.
for the racism and ignorance that appeared on that blog to be completely ignored...should be a crime...
Are you talking about hate crimes, RY? tsk, tsk, tsk...
tanxfresca-Excellent point, the first president to appoint a black Secretary of State, followed by the first black female Secretary of State, and who has the most diverse cabinet in histrory, or at least one of the most diverse, is a racist. I was wondering when somebody was going to say that, because I wasn't going to be the first, but now that's it out there, yeah, he's a Klansman for sure.
"Are you talking about hate crimes, RY? tsk, tsk, tsk..."
no im not talking about hate crimes.... im talking about how you see a black person (Morrison) denoucing someone who uses the n-word during this disaster as "politicizing" this disaster... if anything it was the dailykos guy who was politicizing.... why r u bringing up hate crimes? i dont support hate crimes either.... i just dont believe the goverment has the right to put people in jail for a longer amount of time becasue what they are thinking.. a crime is a crime, regardless if race is involved....
I meant hate speech not crimes... and this comes from your own fingertips "for the racism and ignorance that appeared on that blog to be completely ignored...should be a crime..." but nevermind that minor point...
"im talking about how you see a black person (Morrison) denoucing someone who uses the n-word during this disaster as "politicizing" this disaster... if anything it was the dailykos guy who was politicizing...."
Okay, unless I missed something in comment... the discussion of whether or not this comment was "politicized" has already been discussed and agreed upon even by myself... however I am going to make a point... actually it will consist of two parts...
1) First of all, how do you even know that Morrison (aka Mikey) is even black? I know you can point to his writing or even his profile picture but in an Internet world in which 18 year old girls named Britney are actually 43 year old guys name Butch, you really can't trust just the words from him... I am not really questioning whether or not Morrison is black or not since I really don't care one way or another... but you are making it a point that he is black and thus it means more because he is denouncing someone using the "N-word"
2) Second thing, how do you know that the guy is even real? How do you know that he means what he writes and isn't really a troll as some on Kos believe he is? How do you know that this Flip Floss guy isn't a big hardcore conservative just trying to make waves so that people get in an uproar over a liberal dropping the N-word?
While both of these are stretches of the imagination, it still does not rule that one or both of these could be true...
I will agree with you on hate crimes... to a point... since I also believe that if you belong to a group (we will use the KKK as an example) that gets together and says... "let's go get us some Jews and mud people!" and as a group or a cell they go out and do such a thing... then I feel there should be a special circumstance law that allows those people to also be arrested for conspiracy to deny civil rights or something along those lines... also, I do believe that the government has a right to jail people longer because of they way they were thinking when they did a crime since this is intent... if a known racist making announcements of "stomping mud people" and ends up actually killing one, then that means he had an intent to kill someone...
myth1ca... I note your sarcasm... and well done... I might not like Bush but it still does not mean that he embodies evil...
Ah, a black republican. That's a rarity... but when I find one, I'm always humored by it. Thanks.

*Gasp* perhaps there really is a conspiracy against blacks!
It looks dysfunctional to me right now," said Rep. Diane Watson D-Calif.
Watson and other members of the Congressional Black Caucus, along with members of the Black Leadership Forum, National Urban League and the NAACP, held a news conference and charged that the response was slow because those most affected are poor.
Many also are black, but the lawmakers held off on charging racism.
"The issue is not about race right now," said Rep. Stephanie Tubbs Jones (news, bio, voting record), D-Ohio. "There will be another time to have issues about color."
chevycharmer,
I agree! Politicizing everything is WRONG! Let's help the people who need helping.
Mike,
Did you hear about "Rush on Broadway",the one night show he's doing in NY on Oct. 18th to benefit the flood victims? I heard Sean Hannity's going to introduce him. Tix go on sale Tuesday......
Snake_CharmerX
I just saw the Congressional Black Caucus on TV a few hours ago and they DID charge Bush with racism,as I recall.......
that's funny because I saw them on TV too and did not hear it... and if you're talking about this "the differences between those who live and those who die are poverty and skin color?" from Chairman of the Congressional Black Caucus, Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-MD)... then I do not think this was charging Bush with racism...
I saw your comment on TheOtherNoSpinZone's site, so I came here. I like what you have to say.
"wow. the left has stooped to an all time low... Good post Morrison."
Yes, that troll from an internet site certainly speaks for the entire left.
"Do you think that George Bush is not a racist? You must be out of your damn mind to think that he isnt."
Yea, because as we all know every white person is racist against blacks. Wow....the guy who wrote the above qoute is white! I guess that makes him a racist too!
